In Uzhgorod, at night, a fire started in an apartment

The causes of the fire and other circumstances of the incident are being determined by the competent services. 
According to the State Emergencies Service of Ukraine Office in Transcarpathian region, the night of August 5 to 6 was restless for the deputy chief of the Uzhgorod city and district department of the State Emergencies Service of Ukraine Office in Transcarpathian region, Captain of the Civil Defense Service Viktor Hlusheni. Around 3.00 in the morning he woke up to a specific smell of smoke. This poisonous stench is well known to him, because during his years of service he has seen many fires. So there was no doubt – there was a fire somewhere. Looking out from the balcony on the fourth floor of the city high-rise building in the regional center on Shchedrin street, he realized that the fire was burning in the neighbors’ apartment on the second floor.   
Wasting no time, the rescuer rushed downstairs.   
The source of the fire was a sofa, half of which had almost completely burned down. It took Viktor a few more minutes to extinguish the fire with water. At the time of the fire, there was the 46-year-old owner and her son in the apartment. After waking them up and making sure that their health and lives were not in danger, the firefighter left the apartment. 
But this story was not over. At 10:44, the Transcarpathian Rescue Service received a report that the apartment was on fire again. The firefighters of the 14th and 15th state fire and rescue units of the city of Uzhgorod arrived at the scene. Before the arrival of the firefighters, the fire was extinguished by vigilant neighbors. And the source of the fire was the same sofa. 
The tenants of this house have no doubt that it was the fault of the apartment residents, who belong to the so-called risk group.
