In Uzhgorod, a pensioner tried to steal food in the supermarket

Officers of the State Protection Service in Transcarpathian region arrested a pensioner for stealing goods from the supermarket. 

The elderly woman decided to have a "celebration" at the expense of a commercial establishment. Looking at the goods on the shelves, the pensioner dared to steal. She tried to hide under clothing 5 rolls, 3 bottles of vodka and a pack of juice. But, while the pensioner was hiding booze and "snack", officers of the State Protection Service were already on the way to the hypermarket.

A guard of the commercial establishment had noticed the thief store and pushed the alarm button. The alarm signal was received at 11.39, and in five minutes the unit arrived at the scene. The thief was detained.

The stolen goods were returned on the supermarket shelf, and the fate of the offender will be will decided by the investigation.
