The driver of an SUV lost control and ran through the fence of the construction site near Silpo on General Svoboda Street. Fortunately, no one was injured in the accident. However, patrol police officers suspected that the man was intoxicated. The driver agreed to undergo an appropriate test with a Drager device. The result was 2.24 ppm.
