Over the past six months, the number of real estate property offers in Ukraine has increased by almost a third. This is reported by analysts of the free ads website Slando, having examined the market across the country.
The largest increase is in commercial real estate offers. During the period from September 2013 to March 2014, their number has increased by 35.5%. The number of flats for sale has increased by 31.5%. In this case, the growth on the secondary market is 33.5%, and on the primary market – 22%. The number of houses has increased by 28%, and land plots – by 20.5%. The lion’s share of those accounts for offers in urban areas.
Reducing in number of property sale offers is observed only in the Crimea, as, through the situation there, there is no way to conduct transactions of sale.
As for prices, based on the ads, they have not changed. There is no preconditions for an increase in demand for real estate in Ukraine.
Earlier, analysts of Slando reported a strong growth of offers for luxury real estate in Ukraine. So, starting from the autumn of 2013, the number of offers for apartments and houses worth more than $ 1 million has grown six-fold.
