In Tyachiv district, a scammer cheated a woman out of 26 thousand

On Saturday, a resident of the village of Tyachivka reported to Tyachiv district law enforcement officers that she had received a phone call from an unknown person who, posing as a police officer,
told her that her son, who is currently in Russia, had committed an accident.

 To settle the conflict, she had to transfer the money in the amount of 26,000 UAH. The woman transferred the money to the scammer. Only the next day, she managed to contact her son, who said that he was all right. Law enforcement officials are looking for the pseudopolicemen.
