In Transcarpathia, the Justice Minister drank coffee with journalists, gifted cars and opened a new center

Today, the Minister of Justice Pavlo Petrenko is visiting the region. He began his day with a morning coffee with journalists, the Karpatskij objektiv informs.

In an informal setting, the minister told about the purpose of his visit, the implementation of a number of laws, including No Other People’s Children, as well as the opening of the Open Space in the city of Perechyn.

– Today we are opening the 34th office in Ukraine, where Ukrainians can receive the most popular services in the field of registration of civil status in comfortable conditions without queues and long waiting, – the Minister said.

According to the Minister of Justice, exactly one year ago, the Parliament voted for the extremely successful initiative No Other People’s Children. However, the fight against crimes against children does not end there. The Ministry of Justice will demand the adoption of laws that will toughen the responsibility for violent crimes against children.

– Today, about 3 million Ukrainian children live in incomplete families, 550 thousand of them are actually the victims of economic violence by one of the parents who forgot about those children. After imposing strict restrictions on child support payers, we got a very positive result, – the Minister of Justice said. – As of today, about one million children have received over 7.6 billion hryvnias in child support thanks to the implementation of the initiative.

It should be noted that during the visit of the Minister, confiscated vehicles were handed over for the ATO and charity. In total, he gifted four cars.
