In the village of Balazher in Beregovo district, a tie-in to an oil pipeline was found. There is no oil leaking. Criminal proceedings over property damage were opened
Yesterday, December 24, the police received a report that the oil pipeline had been damaged in the village of Balazher.
Police officers found out that a tie-in to the oil pipeline has been found at a depth of up to 1 meter in the field between the villages of Balazher and Velyka Byihan, 400 meters from the main road. It was also established that no oil had been extracted. There was no oil leak.
Investigators are establishing all the circumstances of the offense. Criminal proceedings over the incident under Part 1 of Article 292 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (Damage to main oil and gas pipelines) were opened, – the communication department of the Transcarpathian regional police reported
