In the Transcarpathian region the Party of Regions candidates hold regular meetings with personnels of state (budget) institutions. According to observations, meetings are held directly in the premises of institutions where the personnels work. So sometimes the conversations with candidates occur during working hours, the presence of employees at meetings, mostly, is mandatory under the verbal order of the head.
Participation of other political forces in such activities in the period from the 19th to the 27th of September, have not been recorded, said the coordinator of the parliamentary elections monitoring campaign Sviatoslav Babilia.
On September 19 the candidate of the Party of Regions in single-member constituency number 72 Mykhailo Shelever under the pretext of general school parents meetings in the village of Tarasivka gathered local residents in the leisure center. The announcement stated that the attendance of all parents was required.
Sept. 20, 2012 candidate of the Party of Regions in the single-member constituency 73 Ivan Bushko met with the employees of Vinogradiv district power network. This company is a unit of "Zakarpattyaoblenergo" JSC, 25% of which is owned by the state. Director of "Zakarpattyaoblenergo" JSC Vasyl Kovacs himself is a candidate of the Party of Regions in the 68th single-member constituency.
September 20, 2012 Vasyl Kovacs held meeting with the employees of the Uzhgorod City Hospital and other medical representatives of the regional center.
September 25, 2012 the director of "Zakarpattyaoblenergo" JSC met with the staff of the enterprise headed by him. The press service of the Party of Regions noted that the meeting was held outside of working hours and the team has expressed unanimous support to the director Vasyl Kovacs in his running for parliament.
September 25, 2012 the candidate of the Party of Regions in the 73rd single-member constituency Ivan Bushko met with employees of the state enterprise "Beregovo Forestry and Game Husbandry." At the meeting, the Deputy Chief of the Transcarpathian Regional Administartion of Forestry and Game Husbandry Vasyl Kyi publicly on behalf of all foresters assured of the support of the Party of Regions and its candidates Ivan Bushko and Ishtvan Gajdos.
On September 25 candidate of the Party of Regions in the single-member constituency number 70 Mykhailo Lanio visited the District Hospital and kindergartens of Volovets district.
September 26, 2012 Party of Regions candidate in constituency number 73 Ivan Bushko was seen in kindergartens of Vynogradiv district. September 26 – on the Day of preschool education – the candidate personally visited village kindergartens.
September 26, 2012 the candidate of the Party of Regions in the 71st single-member constituency Stepan Derkach was noticed at the meeting with teachers in one of the district schools.
Candidate of the United Center in single-member constituency number 72 Vasyl Petyovka was also noticed at meetings with public employees. On September 26 the candidate met with doctors and educators in the village of Vilkhivka in Tyachiv district. The meeting was attended by more than 300 people, including youth.
