In Svalyava district, a tie-in in the “Druzhba” pipeline was found

Yesterday, at 15.25, the chief of the mobile patrol unit of the oil pipeline "Druzhba" reported that, during the inspection, in the field at a distance of 2.5 kilometers from the village of Suskovo in Slalyava region at a depth of 1.3 meter they had detected an unauthorized old tie-in in the pipeline "Druzhba" which is owned by the public joint stock company "UkrTransNafta." 2 ball valves of 530 mm in diameter were welded to the trunk pipe. No oil leaks and threats of environmental pollution were detected.
