In Rakhiv district a “Mauser” was cofiscated from a local resident

Yesterday, officers of the Rakhiv police department in the village of Lazeshchyna, in the Studeny tract detained a 44-year-old local resident who was carrying a hunting rifle "Mauser" with an optical sight. The man had no documents for the gun and explained that he had found the shotgun in the autumn, in the forest and had been keeping it at home.  The gun was sent for examination in the forensic research center at the Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
