Uzhgorod resident Olena calls to arrange a holiday of lanterns – to warm up the routine days of our city. She suggests to make paper lanterns together with the kids (and also instructs on how to make them) and to launch them all together, making a wish, to the river. Also she suggests parents to prepare surprises for kids.
