In Mukachevo, a boy with marijuana was caught

A young man tried to throw out a bag with five grams of marijuana, but policemen noticed that and stopped the offender. The criminal proceeding over this fact has been initiated.
 
Mukachevo police officers, while patrolling the city, noticed on I.Zrinya street in the center of Mukachevo a suspicious guy. The police had information about this 20-year-old youngster that he could be carrying drugs.
 
When police officers approached him, the young man tried to escape and threw a bundle out of the jacket pocket. The policemen found in it about five grams of marijuana.
 
According to the man, he occasionally uses "weed" himself…
 
A criminal proceeding over this fact has been opened under Part 1 of Art. 309 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (illegal possession of drugs). 
 
The found substances was sent for analysis. If experts confirm that it is indeed marijuana, the young resident of Mukachevo faces criminal liability. The preliminary inquiry is ongoing.
