On June 4, the territorial office of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine in Transcarpathian region signed with the Construction Company MV Group LLC an agreement for the construction of the Khust district court building for UAH 88,300,000.
This information is available on the Prozorro e-procurement website, the "Our Money" reported.
The procurement was made under a non-competitive negotiation procedure, since the previous bidding was canceled twice due to insufficient number of participants. Not a single participant took part in the first tender, and only the Construction Company MV Group (hereinafter – MV Group) took part in the second one. Source.
According to the contract, the building will be built on Pushkin Street in the district center Khust. In addition to general construction works, the contractor will build all engineering systems, such as heating, water supply, gas supply, and fire systems. The company will also install two elevators, arrange the area around the building and street lighting.
The construction is planned to be completed by the end of 2020. The company will receive 2 million UAH of profit, and UAH 8,500,000 will be spent for salaries to employees.
