In Beregovo, Roma have been fighting for two days

The conflict began yesterday, however, today, the fights continued.

In Beregovo, the police pacified two groups of Roma that had a conflict. The Transcarpathian regional police reported that the conflict between the two groups of people had arisen yesterday. The squabble escalated into a brawl, policemen were called at the scene and split the parties to the conflict. Today, the conflict continued. The police arrived to the scene and pacified the conflicting parties.

Regional media have spread information about the use of special equipment with water by the police, although the police denied it and informed that during the fight there was a small fire and firefighters arrived at the scene to put it out.

As for the number of victims, one person filed a statement with the police, the information is being clarified.

The incident was registered in th URPI under Art. 296 of the CCU "Hooliganism". The police are conducting investigation.
