In Beregovo, needy people are given hot lunches. Within the framework of the project "Social Cuisine" based in the city center of social services, about 300 residents of Beregovo can come to the social center and get lunch.

This was reported by the ​​mayor of Beregovo Zoltan Babiak: "The project "Social Cuisine" is being implemented in our city. During the week (from Monday to Friday), we have the opportunity to give up to 300 poor residents of Beregovo hot lunches. The visitors can bring their containers for food and eat at home. In addition, when some family members are unable to come to the social center, their relatives take their portions. The kitchen operates at the city center of social services (Kazintsi st., 5), giving at present about 200 servings.
 Today, I had the opportunity to inspect the work of the kitchen. Some organizational defficiencies were found and will be eliminated in the near future. 
 So those who are in need of such a meal can appeal to the head of the social cuisine Mykola Pavlyuk during the delivery of lunches (from 11.00 to 13.00)".
