In Beregovo. a woman, having damaged a wall, broke into an enterprise and stole working stock

At the scene of the crime, the police found out that work equipment worth about 5,000 hryvnias had been stolen from the production shop. 

In the course of operative measures, in a few hours, the criminal police officers established all the circumstances of the theft and identified the person involved in it.  

It turned out that the theft of tools had been committed by a 35-year-old resident of the district center. The woman committed the crime on a weekend when there was no one at the enterprise.

Having damaged the wall in the production shop, the woman from Beregovo got inside and took the tools. 

The woman intended to sell the stolen things. She hid them in her closet at home. All the stolen items were confiscated from her and will be returned to the victim.

The woman is charged with a crime under Part 3 of Article 185 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (theft combined with breaking and entering). Detectives are currently checking the woman for involvement in other property crimes in the district.

The investigation into the case is ongoing, the communication department of the Transcarpathian region police informed.
