On July 28, in the village of .Velyka Byihan in Beregovo district, a car "Mercedes Vito" ran over a little girl. A 28-year-old resident of Irshava district hit a pupil of the 5th grade, when she was riding a bike in the opposite direction.
According to the Communications Department of Transcarpathian Regional Police, the injured child was taken to Beregovo District Hospital. The 9-year-old girl was diagnosed with abdominal trauma and abrasions on elbows. After providing medical care, the child was discharged.
The examination showed that the driver of the car was sober. The "Mercedes" was delivered to the impound lot of Beregovo Police Department. The investigation is ongoing.
