How an Uzhgorod woman got trapped because of another parking rules violator (PHOTOFACT)

An Uzhgorod woman with a stroller became the victim of one of the drivers, who violate not only the rules of parking, but also elementary rules of human behaviour. Natashka Kalinina got into a real trap and could not get out of it because of the driver’s "original" way of parking. The woman is understandably indignant at the impunity of such drivers, who do not think about other people who live in the city. Here’s what she wrote in the group "Uzhgorod":

– When will this come to an end? When will people start obey the law? When will they finally start penalize for such things? 

My little stroller got stuck between a restaurant and this tractor! I had to go around on the carriageway. I’m sick and tired of this disrespect from some people.

On the photo, you can see a license plate, AT 0080 AI, which allows to identify the person who violates the rules of parking and general behavior in society, and this is a reason for law enforcement officers to look into it.
