Has Moskal decided to get rid of cars with temporary EU license plates?

Hennadiy Moskal announced that Transcarpathian region would be closed for vehicles that are "temporarily" imported to Ukraine.

– We close the region for trucks with cigarettes and Afro-Ukrainians. All those cars, that, according to the customs legislation, can stay in Ukraine no more than 5 days, but drive around here for years, – Moskal said.

Earlier Oleg Nazarenko, the president of the Association of Automobile Importers and Dealers said that transit or temporary import of cars with foreign registration is self-deception for Ukrainians.
