Quote: "We have abandoned the total general quarantine in the whole country, and introduced adaptive quarantine, which from July 31 – or rather, from August 1 – will be applied differently than before.
What is different? If the national indicators exceed the set thresholds in the region for 5 consecutive days, we will break down this region into districts and cities of regional significance – and each district will show its contribution to the incidence of coronavirus.
And depending on the percentage of the district or the city, it will be classifed as green, yellow, orange, or red zone. Red is the most critical one, where everything is closed, like it was in March-April throughout the country.
When the indicator remains above the threshold for three days, the district moves to another zone."
