Former chief doctor of the Perinatal Center can not remember where his documents are

Uzhgorod City Court continues hearing on the reinstatement of the former head of Uzhgorod City Perinatal Center (UCPC) Ruslan Fedko. 
Thus, today, December 11, about a dozen of friends and colleagues came at the court hearing to support the current head of the medical institution – Andriy Chaban. They witnessed that the judge hearing the case asked the plaintiffs to add to the case the work book and personal file of R.Fedko for the next meeting to be held on December 20. However, the man himself was not able to remember where they were: whether in hospital or in the municipality. 
Those present were surprised by the words of the former head physician because the reinstatement on the managerial position was initiated by himself. Accordingly, he had to take care of the timely submission of documents to the court.
R.Fedko decided to resume the managerial position, which he resigned on his own request (though, he had probably forgotten it). He asked to recognize the order of the Uzhgorod mayor about his dismissal illegal and reinstate himself as the chief doctor of Uzhgorod City Perinatal Center. But the defendants believe the Mayor’s decision is legitimate and not appealable.
