For customers of the “Zakarpathaz”, there is a mobile number of the contact center

The "Zakarpathaz" PJSC, for the convenience of customers, added another telephone number you can call for the advice of contact center operators – 098 550 01 04l.

Thus, gas consumers of Transcarpathian region have the opportunity to call our Contact Centre at the following numbers:

(0312) 48-83-04 – every day from 8:00 to 20:00, IVR – around the clock (information is provided in the form of clusters);

(098) 550-01-04 – every day from 8:00 to 20:00 (single line).

In addition, consumers can turn to Contact Center operators by email at [email protected] or by using the function of message sending via web service "My Account" on the site 104.ua.

Gas meter readings can also be reported by sending an SMS at the short number 7104. The message must specify the personal account number and meter readings in the format: ХХХХХХХХХХ ХХХХХ where ХХХХХХХХХХ is 10 digits of the personal account number, and XXXXX is the meter readings (5 digits). The two parameters must be separated by a space. After sending the message in the correct format, the user automatically receives the answer: "Your readings have been accepted and processed. Thank you." Number 7104 is the single number for all consumers of natural gas and is designed only for receiving SMS messages.
