First victims of the autumn-winter fire season in Transcarpathia

Two deaths in a fire were recorded in Transcarpathia over two days – both in Rakhiv district. The tragic incidents occurred in the village of Roztoky and the town of Velyky Bychkiv. This increase in the number of victims can be attributed to the onset of cold weather and the fact that in mountainous districts, people are already heating rooms with stoves. And this often causes devastating fires.
