Finally, in Uzhgorod they have started punishing for parking rules violation! So far… with stones (PHOTOS)

The new practice of "fining" for parking on the green area was discovered by the journalist Yaroslav Halas. He posted a photo of this in his facebook

Yaroslav writes: "New methods of dealing with Uzhgorod parking rules violators. Photo from the Slovyanska embankment. The third one was made somewhere in half an hour after the first two."

Obviously, someone was really really annoyed by the parking rules violations – when drivers, who do not respect anyone but themselves, park on sidewalks, green areas, pedestrian crossings, breaking the rules of a good neighborhood. This method of "fine", or rather, as stated in the "accompanying note", "prize", has all the reasons to become an effective method of influence.

Uzhgorod.in is glad that the anti-violation campaign, that we started, lives its own life, even more – becomes more creative and involves decisive actions. However, it would be great if the relevant services, such as the traffic police, would also resort to effective measures.
