They explained the basic principles of the tax law to students of Kamyanytsya and Serednye high schools. The speakers: the head of taxpayers service department Anastasia Batushanska and a specialist in information and communication support Hanna Humen.
The meeting was held in order to improve the tax culture of citizens, to form the image of a conscientious taxpayer. For graduate students it is important, because soon they will become taxpayers.
Students learned about the role of taxes in the welfare of the country, the principle of reversibility: salaries to doctors, teachers, civil servants, scholarships, etc. are paid from taxes.
In addition, tax experts told the children about the possibility to recover part of the costs paid for tuition by using the right to a tax rebate and demonstrated its calculation. Students were very interested in the cartoon "City of Dreams" and the presentation of the book "Fundamentals of tax knowledge."
