European Union leaders avoid the meeting with Azarov in Brussels

The EU leaders decided not to appear with the Ukrainian authorities’ representatives in public. Mykola Azarov will not have a single meeting neither with the European Commission President Jose Manuel Barrosso, nor with the head of the European Council Herman Van Rompei during the two-day visit to Brussels, – informs ZN.UA 

The EU leaders decided not to appear with the Ukrainian authorities’ representatives in public, as European diplomatic sources explain.

Azarov will be in Brussels today, where he will participate in the EU session on cooperation with Ukraine.  

The Head of the Ukrainian Government will meet with the Head of the European Parliament Martin Sults and have to participate in the roundtable discussion on the Ukrainian-European relations issues.

As it is known, the European Union representatives has once again reminded that they are not against the Association Agreement singing, unless Kyiv solve the political prisoners problem: Ukraine should live according to the European values.
