Europe responds to the historic step taken by Transcarpathia (PHOTOS)

"This event is unique for two reasons: on the one hand, this is the first example of the European Regional Association involving Hungary and Ukraine, on the other hand it is the first EGTC in the history of the entire European Union established between the EU and a country bordering the EU" – this is the assessment of the signing of the agreement between Transcarpathia and the neighboring region of Hungary given by the Minister of National Development of Hungary Miklos Shestak on his page on Facebook.
