Employees of Transcarpathian company evaded more than 5 million of income tax – Prosecutor’s Office

Prosecutor’s Office in Transcarpathian region initiated criminal proceedings against on of the Transcarpathian LLCs on the fact of tax evasion on a large scale, namely over 5 mln UAH.

Officials of the company, which is involved into wholesale and retail trade, deliberately evaded to pay value added tax, using the VAT credit documents with details of other companies. This led to a shortfall in the budget funds in a large scale.
