Employees of the municipal guard of Uzhgorod City Council conducted another raid

Another joint raid was conducted by the employees of the municipal guard of Uzhgorod City Council, the patrol police and the company "AVE Uzhgorod".

They were looking for violations of the street maintenance rules and fined the violators who make illegal landfills in the territory of Uzhgorod. Thus, they were working on Mykhailo Hrushevsky, Maria Zankovetska, 8 Bereznya, Volodymyrska, Adam Mickiewicz, Nebesna Sotnya, Shakhtari, Onokivska, Kanalna, Yuri Hoyda, Zakarpatska, Andriy Palay, Yuri Gagarin streets.

As a result, they drew up eleven reports against violators, conducted explanatory work. As previously reported, such joint raids will be regular, since Uzhgorod residents often make illegal garbage dumps near container sites or in yards.

According to Art. 152 of the CAO, violations of state standards, norms and rules in the field of street maintenance entail imposing on citizens a fine in amount of 20 to 80 tax-free minimum incomes, and on officials and entrepreneurs – 50 to 100 tax-free minimum incomes.
