The Ministry of Education approved the schedule of preparation and conduct of the external independent testing of educational achievements of individuals who wish to enter higher educational institutions of Ukraine in 2014.
So the EIT starts on June 3 and will run until June 27. During this time, future applicants will be able to take 1 to 4 tests on 11 subjects.
The program of the EIT 2014 will begin with foreign languages test. Applicants will be able to choose one of Europe’s languages: English, German, French or Spanish.
Mandatory test on Ukrainian language and literature, depending on the number of graduates next year, will be held over two test days – 5 and 6 of June. On June 10, future entrants will be able to pass an EIT test on Russian. On June 12, one of the most popular tests on mathematics will be held.
On 14, 16 and 18 of June, there will be geography, biology and physics tests.
Despite the popularity among students, the external test on the history of Ukraine will be held during one day – June 20.
The main session of EIT 2014 will finish with chemistry, world history and world literature tests. Tests on these subjects will take place on 23, 25 and 27 of June.
The announcement of the results is scheduled for the period from June 19 to July 8.
Additional session for students who, for objective reasons will not be able to pass the EIT, will be held from 4 to 11 of July.
The registration of EIT participants will begin on January 3, 2014 and will last for two months until March 5 inclusive.
