Eight Transcarpathians received state awards

On Tuesday, October 23, outstanding Transcarpathians were awarded national prizes for many years of assiduous and fruitful work.  The awards were presented by the RSA chairman Oleksandr Ledyda – informed the press center of RSA.  
During the ceremony, Oleksandr Ledyda said that honorary titles and awards, awarded by the President of Ukraine, are given to only the most worthy representatives of various professions. Therefore, it is gratifying that in Transcarpathia they noted another eight citizens who have earned high rank through their hard work.
Thus, according to the presidential decree, the Order "For Merit" of the third degree was awarded to Rezesh Karl, director of the limited liability company "RETRO-plus" and Ivan Kachur, head of Mukachevo district council of veterans of Ukraine.

The honorary title "Honoured Teacher of Ukraine" was given to Katerina Bizilia, the head of foreign languages department of Taras Shevchenko linguistic school and Yuri Holovachko, geography teacher of Lokhovo secondary school.

Volodymyr Kryvoshapko, chief editor of "Europe Center", became "Honored Journalist of Ukraine", Mykhailo Petrushevsky, teacher of Uzhgorod College of Culture and Arts, became "Honored Worker of Culture of Ukraine". 

The honorary title "Honored Environmentalist of Ukraine" was awarded to Mykola Derbak, Director of the National Park "Synevyr". Oleksiy Vartsaba, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration became "Honored Social Worker of Ukraine".
