Due to the inattention of a Transcarpathian, almost 2 houses burned down

On September 13, at 5:55 p.m., the Rescue Service received a report of a fire in a smokehouse in the village of Kolochava, Mizhhirya district. The owner of the farm was smoking bacon and went home, leaving the process unattended. Neighbors noticed the fire and called 101.

Rescuers of the state fire and rescue posts from the village of Kolochava and the village of Synevyr were sent at the scene. They saw that there was a threat of the fire spreading to the neighboring buildings – two houses and 2 summer kitchens. Therefore, first of all, at 18:00, the rescuers contained the fire. And in a few minutes, at 18:03, the fire was finally eliminated.

The cause of the fire is currently being investigated by law enforcement agencies. The amount of damage is also being established, as the fire completely destroyed the smokehouse.
