Due to cold weather, 15 stationary warming points were opened in Transcarpathia (LIST)

Warming points have already been opened in Transcarpathia. Currently, only stationary ones, in the premises of hospitals, territorial centers and other communal institutions, the State Emergencies Service of Ukraine Office in Transcarpathian region informs.
