From 00:00, July 1, 2016, the Hungarian police throughout the country begins to take increased security measures related to the prevention of unlawful acts. Therefore, residents and visitors of the country are recommended to carry the necessary identification documents (passport, driver’s license or other official document with a photo). And also, considering the increased number of the police officers, who are on duty, not to commit minor offenses such as drinking alcoholic beverages on the streets, feeding birds, etc.
The operation will continue until 24:00, September 30.
