COVID-19, as of 9:00 on June 2 in Ukraine, Transcarpathia, Uzhgorod

 1216 patients have been diagnosed with COVID-19 in Transcarpathia. 

"During the past day, June 1, 326 people sought emergency medical care, 7 of them had symptoms of acute pneumonia, 4 were suspected of having COVID-19" – the director of the Health Department of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Yelizaveta Birov said.

443 samples of biological materials for polymerase chain reaction (PCR) testing were collected.

10 persons were diagnosed with COVID-19, 2 of them are medical workers, 1 is a child.

Overall, as of 9:00 am on June 2, 2020, 1216 patients have been diagnosed with COVID-19. Of those, 275 are health care workers and 78 are children. 12667 polymerase chain reaction tests have been carried out. 405 patients have recovered.

No new cases of coronavirus infection have been detected in Uzhgorod in the past 24 hours

As of the morning of June 2, 390 Uzhgorod residents have been confirmed to have COVID-19. This was reported by the health department of Uzhgorod city council and Uzhgorod city and district branch of the State Institution "Transcarpathian Regional Laboratory Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine". 

213 people have recovered  

6 persons have died.
  
9 Uzhgorod residents are hospitalized, 162 are on outpatient treatment.

168 Uzhgorod citizens are in self-isolation 

In the last 24 hours, mobile crews have made 8 visits, 77 samples of biological materials have been collected for polymerase chain reaction test. In total, since the onset of the disease, 435 visits have been made, 2417 samples of biological materials have been collected for PCR tests.

According to the Public Health Center, as of 9:00 am on June 2, there have been 24340 laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Ukraine, of which 727 were fatal, 10078 patients have recovered. During the day, 328 new cases were confirmed. Currently, coronavirus disease has been detected in:

Rivne region – 1823 (960 recovered);

The tests were conducted by the Virology Reference Laboratory of the Public Health Center of Ukraine, as well as by regional laboratories. As of the morning of June 2, 2020, the Center has received 749 reports of suspected COVID-19 cases.
