The Head of the Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Transcarpathian region, the Police Major General Viktor Rusyn spoke about the courthouse mining at the briefing. The message about the explosive device was informed at 11 a.m. Citizens were evacuated and the traffic was blocked.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs specialists defused homemade explosive device, the equivalent of which was 200 grams of TNT. The searching measures are carrying out, the materials are transferred to the Security Service, the criminal case is opened. The emergency situation is considered as a terrorist act.
