City officials determined how bus stops in Uzhgorod will look like (PHOTOS)

Recently, at a meeting of the commission for road safety and coordination of transport of Uzhgorod City Council, they approved the general view of uniform bus stops (see the photo).

Also, they decided to instruct the Department of Municipal Economy to set up a road sign "No entry" at the intersection of Pryiutsky lane – Bercheni street and the intersection of Bachynskyi – M. Bozhuk streets, as well as road signs "Pedestrian crossing" at the intersection of Bercheni street – Pryiutsky lane, "Pedestrian crossing" and "Caution, children" on Bachynskyi – Drugety streets, to arrange a traffic restriction device and road sign "Bump". Pedestrian crossings and appropriate road signs "Pedestrian crossing" also should be arranged on Zhupanatska square (near the rock garden) and near the office of "Enerhozbut."

Having considered the collective appeal for the extension of bus routes №6 and №58 to the medical center "Rehabilitation" on Velykokamyana street to have a final stop there, they decided to appeal to the chief doctor of the medical institution about the arrangement of a parking space for buses there, because now buses cannot stop and make U-turns there.
The Department of Municipal Economy was also instructed to arrange bus stops and appropriate road signs on Zahorska, Verkhovynska streets, opposite the hotel "Praga", on Universytetska street and near the secondary school №20.
By the decision of the commission, a traffic sign "Stopping prohibited" is to be arranged near the Consulate General of Hungary in Uzhgorod.
And on Nezalezhnist embankment (near the cafe "Pinhvin") and on Voloshin street (near the shopping center "Edelweiss"), they decided to establish a road sign "No entry".
