“BOOM” is in the final round of KVN Championship of Ukraine (PHOTOS)

The semi-finals of the KVN championship of Ukraine were held in seaside Illichivs’k.  

10 teams were divided into two games; two teams from each went to the final directly. 
 The participants played four competitions: greetings, warming up, improvisation (the theme was announced 6 hours before the event) and homework.

Transcarpathian team competed in the second game with the teams of Illichivs’k, Poltava, Irpin and Cherkasy. For Mukachevo team this season in the KVN Association of Ukraine was the first one, while their opponents had quite a considerable experience in this tournament. Yet our boys looked quite confidently throughout the game and took the third place, behind only Illichivs’k and Poltava teams.

By the decision of the jury one more team (of the remaining 6) will participate in the finals.  And the judges without a shadow of doubt chose "BOOM!"        

So, in September, in the most important game of the season, Transcarpathian team will be competing with the teams from Illichivs’k, Poltava, Kyiv and Mariupol. The organizers have not yet decided on the city to host the final round, but it is possible that the main game of the season will be held in Mukachevo. Watch for announcements on the website of the KVN Association of Ukraine and the Transcarpathian league of KVN.
