"I made a proposal and today at the meeting of the executive committee we changed the working hours of the Avangard stadium. You can work out there every day from 7 am to 9.30 pm. After reconstructions, these sports arenas of the city provide excellent conditions for work outs, jogging, sports," – Uzhgorod mayor wrote on his Facebook page.
