Bad finish: Ukrainians may be prohibited to cross the border with domestic insurance

Number of frauds with insurance policies "Green Card" could prevent Ukrainians from travelling abroad. This opinion was also shared by the president of the International "Green Card" Association Mariusz Vihtovskyy, reports Ukrinform

However, similar thought are also shared by Ukrainian wheeler-dealers. In this regard, the "Green Card" is introduced with a number of measures which help to reduce manipulations, says the president of the association.  

Another problem of the Ukrainian insurance market low level of vehicles insurance, considers Vihtovskyy. However, working closely with the police and the registering authorities can rectify the situation, says the expert.

Overall 20% ​​of all payments made by the "green card" Vihtovskyy links with financial fraud.  The most common shady transaction are the frauds of insurance agents who issue insurance to clients fo 15 days instead of annual policy. Another "trend" includes fake "green card" forms.
