The government gave Transcarpathia some money. July 3, the Cabinet of Ministers approved the order "On reallocation of some expenditures and transfer of budget appropriations provided in 2013 for the Ministry of Finance." Overall, the government redistributed more than 348 million hryvnias, Transcarpathia received only 2.5% of that amount – 9 million. The funds were distributed only to those constituencies, where Party of Regions candidates – Vasyl Kovacs, Mykhailo Lanyo and Ivan Bushko – won last year. One-third of the amount – three million – was allocated to Bushko’s Vynogradiv and Beregovo constituency. They will repair kindergartens in Dyulya, Verbovka, schools in Orosiyevo, Vilkhivka, Beregovo, playground in Vynogradiv school number 4. 400,000 UAH will be spent for repair of the road in the "Vinnychky" tract,
Kovacs lobbied three million for Uzhgorod district. Of those, just over a million was allocated to the village, where the governor Ledyda lives – Barvinok. Here they will arrange the water supply and sanitation system. Uzhgorod received 821,000 for street lighting, 263,000 for the repair of the kindergarten number 40.They will also repair the club in Orikhovytsya, kindergartens in Esen, Velyki Heyivtsi.
Three millions were also allocated to Mykhailo Lanyo’s constituency – Perechyn, Mizhhirya, Svalyava, Velyky Berezny, part of Mukachevo districts. However, by the decision of the deputy, the money will be distributed only to four villages of Mukachevo district. More than half a million was allocated for three roads in Chynadiyevo, two million will be spent on repairs of the road stretching more than a kilometer Bukovynka-Kuchava in Mukachevo district. The money also will be used for the construction of the pipeline in Klenovets.
The constituencies, where representatives of the United Center – Viktor Baloha, Pavlo Baloha and Vasyl Petyovka – were elected, have not received a penny from the government.
