Azarov’s Cabinet saved on Transcarpathians

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine by the decree № 973-р dated November 28, 2012 cut the funding for programs to reduce the cost of mortgage loans to provide affordable housing for citizens by 630 million hryvnias – to 370 million, and redistribured these funds for three other programs.
Additionally, by the same document the government redirected to local budgets 1.63 billion hryvnias from the funds provided previously for state debt service and capital expenditures.
The largest amounts of additional funds were received by the city of Kyiv (318,091,000 UAH) and Donetsk (143,801,000 UAH), Dnipropetrovsk (131,009,000 UAH) and Ivano-Frankivsk (111,959,000 UAH) regions. The least amounts were allocated to Volyn (2,486,000 UAH) and Transcarpathian (9,427,000 UAH) regions.
