The draft decision "On amendments to the Program for the development of small and medium business in the region for 2017-2018 (as amended on 22.02.18) has been prepared for consideration of deputies of the Regional Council during the 12th session. The purpose of the draft decision is to improve the efficiency and quality of the provision of administrative services, to automate the activities of the centers for the provision of administrative services. Therefore, the adoption of this decision will facilitate the effective and timely use of funds allocated from the regional budget for 2018 for the implementation of the Program. This document was developed by the Department of Economic Development and Trade of the RSA and approved by the relevant structural divisions of the Regional State Administration. The draft decision introduces amendments to the Program for the development of small and medium business in the region for 2017-2018 with a view to improving the comfort of service providers, introducing modern methods and tools for collecting, processing, storing data. The draft decision is posted on the Regional Council’s website for public discussion, providing comments and suggestions. The expected results of the project implementation are to increase the number and improve the efficiency and quality of the provision of administrative services to citizens and to economic entities. If this decision is adopted by the Regional Council, the control over its implementation will be carried out by the first deputy head of the Regional State Administration and the relevant standing commission of the Regional Council on business development, production infrastructure, banking activities and investments.
