Transcarpathian region received 132,539,000 UAH of subsidies from the state budget to pay state allowances to families with children, poor families, people disabled since childhood, disabled children, temporary state benefits to children and allowances for care for group I or II disabled due to mental disorder, according to the actual amounts of accrued benefits.
According to the department of finance of the RSA, all the received funds have been transferred from the regional budget to city and district budgets by relevant payment documents through the State Treasury.
"In 2015, payments of allowances for care for group I or II disabled due to mental disorder are made at the expense of the said subsidies from the state budget, whereas in previous years these expenditures were made from the regional treasury. These resources ensure full payment of state benefits accrued in January this year," – the report of the Department of Finance of the RSA states.
