Attention! The anniversary concert of Uzhgorod Music School is postponed due to quarantine (Announcement)

Big anniversary concert “Uzhgorod Tchaikovsky Children’s Music School is 75 years old” scheduled for March 20 is postponed to May 15 due to quarantine restrictions.

Recall that that on March 20, 1945, the Tchaikovsky Children’s Music School was opened in Uzhgorod. It became the first state art school in Transcarpathia. In the first year, 50 students were enrolled there and they were taught by 7 teachers under the direction of Dezideriy Zador – a well-known musician at that time.
