Attention! Temporary suspension of traffic at the checkpoint “Uzhgorod – Vysne Nemecke”

Attention! October 26, 2015, vehicle traffic at the checkpoint "Uzhgorod – Vysne Nemecke" will be temporarily suspended. The reason is the grand opening of the reconstructed border crossing point "Vysne Nemecke". The work will be suspended from 11:00 to 15:00 (Central European time) in both directions.

We encourage travelers to choose the closest border checkpoint "Maly Berezny – Ubl’a." This checkpoint operates non-stop.

Those heading to the Slovak Republic may also use from 08:00 to 20:00 the border crossing "Mali Selmentsi – Velke Selmence." You can also get to Slovakia using the railwau checkpoint "Chop – Cierna nad Tisou", according to the train timetable.
