Another violator under the “Stopping prohibited” sign (Photofacts)

Around 10.20, a traffic police car was standing on the corner near the administrative building of the regional state administration on Narodna Square. It was standing under the sign "Stopping prohibited".

As traffic police officers often explain, drafting of report on violation of parking and stopping rules is always hindered by absence in the driver.

I wonder, will the traffic policemen from this car draw up the report, or will he be unable to find the violator of traffic rules too?
