Another group of illegal immigrants from the former Soviet Union territory was detained by Chop border guards

Three ‘happiness seekers’ who tried to get to the territory of the European Union through the territory of Chop border were detained when crossing the state border ‘Chop the passenger station’ by border guards.

Three men who followed in one of the trains from Odessa to the capital of Transcarpathia did not be expected to meet border guards at ‘Chop’ station. But in the course of train control the aforementioned ‘travelers’ did not provide any document that would proof their identity and confirm the purpose or destinations of their trip to Ukraine to border guards.

Thus, for the violation of the border regime rules of tourists were detained for the purpose of identification, but in the course of the verification measures offenders decided to confess to the border guards and told that they are citizens of the Republic of Moldova and had the intention to illegally cross the border with the European Union.

Currently, they are detained for clarifying the circumstances of the offense and drawing up administrative and procedural documents, and the decision on liability under the law and their further destiny will determine the court – the press service of center Chop border troop.
