Today, August 31, in the morning, the police received a report of a fatal accident in the city of Vynogradiv. At the scene, police found out that a 32-year-old driver of a car "VAZ-2109" had hit a cyclist. The 70-year-old man died at the scene.
The investigators registered the fatal traffic accident in the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations under Part 2 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. A number of examinations will be scheduled in the case, during which law enforcement officers will establish all the circumstances of the accident.
The case is under pre-trial investigation.
