In the village of Sokyrnytsia, Khust district, near one of the gas stations, located on the road Mukachevo – Ivano-Frankivsk – Rohatyn – Lviv, the driver of a car "Audi 100", a resident of Rakhiv, moving towards Khust and making a left-turn maneuver to the gas station, did not make way for a bus "Bohdan", which was moving towards the city of Tyachiv.
As a result of the collision, the bus "Bohdan" slid to the side and tipped to the right. Inside the bus, there were 17 passengers; miraculously, none of them was hurt.
In the car Audi, there was a female passenger, who was delivered to the traumatology department of Khust district hospital with injuries for treatment. At night, the female driver of the Audi died in the hospital.
The vehicles were delivered to the impound lot of Khust city police.
This incident was registered in the Unified register of pre-trial investigations – Agnesa Kurtyak, Khust City Police Department reported.
